MARGIE MAKOWSKI

Margie is an art instructor, art history enthusiast, painter, and graduate student at Kutztown University, where she studies art education. Margie has experience in teaching various art classes to individuals with special needs and children. A native of northeastern Pennsylvania, She is continually drawing inspiration from the essence and beauty of the Pennsylvanian landscape. Margie is also inspired by the women in her life, such as her niece Cora, sister, mother, and female friends. These women encourage her to embrace the beauty, love, and simple joys found in day-to-day moments despite life's challenges.  Margie hopes to help others find meaningful experiences through artistic expression and spread the joy of creating.
